gah! i hate them so much. in case you don't know, a contour drawing is one where you have to basically outline (even though we're not supposed to use that word) every different part of shading and tone that shows up on whatever you are drawings. this is supposed to help you see details in color to make it easier to shade when you get to that point. and you know what, it wouldn't be that bad, if it weren't for the fact that it's a continuous line contour drawing, meaning we're not supposed to lift our pens >.< gah! that sucks so much. i keep lifting. but, whatever, a self portrait contour drawing is what we have to do for homework. he won't be around to see if i lift my pen or not. hopefully though, he won't notice that i have. i'll let everyone know how it turns out and i may even scan it if it's physically possible.
